autonomic nervous system to bring the body back into balance.

Deep Tissue Massage

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a complete program of recovery from acute and
chronic pain syndromes which utilizes specific massage therapy, flexibility
stretching, and home care to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain

bring about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system.
NMT enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics (movement) and it
releases endorphins, the body's own natural pain killers.  It can be part of a
comprehensive program, complementing all other health care modalities.

Tui Na Chinese Massage

and kneading the muscles and connective tissues.  Tui Na is  based on the

have been used for thousands of years to stimulate and influence the "qi" or
energy of the body bringing it more to balance and health.

Trigger Point Therapy
This form of massage provides targeted relief to specific areas of the body or
muscle groups.  Trigger points are areas in your muscles that actually cause pain
or discomfort in other areas in the body.  Specific forms of massage in these areas
can cause these trigger points to release and by doing so, eliminate the referred
pain.  This therapy is often combined within other massages.

Medicine.  By influencing this energy, the body can return to a state of optimal
balance.  This therapy is often combined within other forms of massage.
